What is Fund-Pass?
Fund-Pass is a mobile app that contains digital coupons which can be redeemed at participating merchants directly from your smartphone or mobile tablet device. Fund-Pass replaces outdated discount cards or coupon books. There are no coupons to carry or codes to remember.

How much does Fund-Pass cost?
The Fund-Pass App is FREE and can be downloaded and installed from the Apple iTunes App Store or Google Play Store. Click here to get the App.

To activate Fund-Pass you will need to purchase an Access Code from a participating fundraising Group that you want to support. Click here to search and locate a group to support.

How can I redeem coupons?
Redeeming Fund-Pass coupons with participating merchants is easy and fun! Simply visit a participating merchant, locate the coupon you want to use on the Fund-Pass App, and when you are ready to complete your purchase, show the coupon to the merchant on your smart phone, and tap “Redeem.”

Can I print coupons and redeem them with merchants?
No. Fund-Pass uses digital coupons which are accessible via the Fund-Pass App.

Does Fund-Pass work on all mobile phones?
The Fund-Pass App is available for download on Apple (iOS) and Android-powered smartphones and mobile tablet devices.

What is the Fund-Pass “E-Ticket”?

E-Ticket makes it more convenient for your supporters to enter events (games, recitals, theater, etc.) using their smartphone Fund-Pass.

Plus, E-Ticket upgrades and simplifies paper ticket systems, making it easier for your volunteers to manage ticket sales and redemptions.

How does Fund-Pass “E-Ticket” work?
Create a special Access Code for a specific event or an entire season’s pass and sell to your Supporters. Supporters can present their E-Ticket directly from their smartphone to gain entrance to the event.

What does a supporter need to start using Fund-Pass?
To get started, you need to:

Purchase and activate an Access Code from a fundraising group that you support
Sign up for a FREE account here.
Download and install the Fund-Pass App on your smartphone or mobile tablet device

What is a Fund-Pass Access Code?
A Fund-Pass access code is a secret code that is used to access and redeem coupons with participating merchants. You must purchase and activate a Fund-Pass Access Code from a fundraising Group that you support.

How much does a Fund-Pass Access Code cost?
The cost of a Fund-Pass Access Code is set by the fundraising group. Typically, fundraising groups charge $20 or less for an Access Code. Please check with your fundraising group for the exact cost of your access code.

How do supporters use the Fund-Pass App?
To use Fund-Pass, open the Fund-Pass App on your smartphone or mobile tablet device. Search for offers from participating merchants by merchant name, type or location using the GPS locator.

Once you locate a merchant and offer, visit the merchant and present the Fund-Pass App to the merchant to redeem the offer.

Where can I use Fund-Pass?
You can use Fund-Pass at any participating merchant. Merchants are located throughout the USA and include the most popular retail locations including restaurants & shopping. Click here to see a sample of participating merchants.

Do I need a smartphone or mobile tablet device to access coupons?
Yes. You need to show the Fund-Pass App to participating merchants in order to redeem offers.

GROUPS (fundraisers)

How does Fund-Pass work for Fundraising Groups?
Groups that want to raise funds to support their programs sign up as a Fund-Pass Group. There is no cost to sign up.

Instead of selling physical items (cookie dough, gifts, popcorn, discount cards, or coupon books, etc.) your Fundraising Group sells Fund-Pass Access Codes to your supporters (donors). These access codes are printed vouchers that are exchanged for the supporter’s donation at the point-of-sale.

Which types of Fundraising Groups sell Fund-Pass?
Any group or individual that is trying to raise money can sell Fund-Pass. This includes:

Schools
Booster clubs
Churches or religious organizations
Non-profit associations

Why should my Fundraising Group sell Fund-Pass (compared to other fundraising products)?
Fund-Pass is easier and more fun for your group to sell to your Supporters.

There are no physical products to order, handle, deliver or return. When you start your fundraising campaign, your Group is supplied with printed Fund-Pass Access Code vouchers which your sellers hand-deliver to supporters in exchange for their donation.

How much can my Fundraising Group earn?
Since the Fund-Pass App is a digital product, there are no merchandise costs. This means your Fundraising Group can earn larger profits with Fund-Pass than other fundraising products.

Profits can be as high as 70%!

The actual amount your Fundraising Group can earn is dependent on how much you charge for Fund-Pass Access Codes and the contract rate that you agree to with the Fund-Pass Planner/Distributor that manages your fundraising campaign.

How much does it cost for my Fundraising Group to sell Fund-Pass?
There are no up-front costs for your Group to start selling Fund-Pass to your Supporters. Your Planner/ Distributor pays all license costs, and once your fundraising campaign has concluded, you receive the proceeds from the fundraiser, less the contract rates agreed to with your Fund-Pass Planner.

The actual fee charged to your Fundraising group can vary depending on whether you utilize a Fund-Pass Planner to help you manage your campaign or your Group self-manages the campaign.

What is a Fund-Pass Planner?
Fund-Pass Planners are independent fundraising campaign pros that have purchased a Fund-Pass license to help fundraising groups plan, implement and manage their Fund-Pass fundraising campaigns.

Fund-Pass Planners charge a fee for their services, typically a percentage of the total amount raised or a percentage of each Fund-Pass access code sold. The actual fee is set by each Fund-Pass Planner and can vary between different Planners. As with most businesses, Planners with more experience and a proven track record of successful fundraising, earn higher fees.

Can I manage my own fundraising campaign without using a Planner?
No. Fund-Pass Planners are a critical part of the fundraising process. We have established strict criteria for Fund-Pass Planners, licensing only qualified fundraising professionals. They have experience setting up and managing Fund-Pass campaigns, and this experience results in successful campaigns.

Can merchants that support our group promote their offers on Fund-Pass?
Yes! If you have merchants and sponsors that have supported your group in the past and you’d like to include them in your Fund-Pass fundraising campaign, you can invite them to join the Fund-Pass Merchant Network. It’s free, fast and easy for your local merchants to join.

What do sales associates do?
Sales associates are individuals who are associated with a fundraising group. These individuals help sell and distribute Fund-Pass access codes.

MERCHANTS

What is a Fund-Pass participating Merchant?
Fund-Pass merchants are businesses who agree to promote discounted offers for their products and services on the Fund-Pass App.

Once accepted, participating merchants become part of the [nation-wide] Fund-Pass Merchant Network.

Who can join the Fund-Pass Merchant Network?
Any merchant that agrees to promote their products and services on the Fund-Pass App can join the Fund-Pass Merchant Network, once they agree to and accept the Fund-Pass Merchant terms and conditions.

What does it cost to join the Fund-Pass Merchant Network?
There is NO COST to join the Fund-Pass Merchant Network.

What kinds of promotional offers can I display on the Fund-Pass App?
You can display any types of offers that you prefer, pursuant to the Fund-Pass Merchant terms and conditions.

There is no limit on the number of promotional offers (coupons) that you can display on the Fund-Pass App.

Why should I join the Fund-Pass Merchant Network?
Fund-Pass Merchants enjoy lots of great benefits from participating in the Merchant Network:

What is a Fund-Pass Planner?
Fund-Pass Planners are independent fundraising campaign pros that help fundraising groups to plan, implement and manage their Fund-Pass fundraising campaigns.

How much do Fund-Pass Planners charge?
Fund-Pass Planners charge a fee for their services, typically a percentage of the total amount raised or a percentage of each Fund-Pass access code sold. The actual fee is set by each Fund-Pass Planner and can vary between different Planners.

Which Fundraising Groups can a Fund-Pass Planner solicit?
Fund-Pass Planners can request to be assigned a designated territory to solicit fundraising groups. The territory requested can be based on selected criteria which can include:

Desired geographic location (city, county, state, etc.)
Group type (e.g. elementary schools)
Existing group affiliations (e.g. groups you have worked with in the past)

Once assigned to a territory, Fund-Pass Planners are responsible for actively soliciting new fundraising groups. Assigned territories are protected for one year and reviewed and renewed annually based on performance.
